The following cases have been heard at magistrates courts in Lincolnshire:

William Billy Smith, 22, of Lea Road West, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty to possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Darrell Fottles, 58, of Bridge End Road, Grantham, pleaded guilty to theft of protein drinks to the value of £478.21 belonging to The Range. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £240.

Andrzej Sobolewski, 42, of Shuttleworth House, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to fraud and theft of a purse and its contents to the value of £30. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay compensation of £141.35.

Kaylum John Collins, 22, of Eastbourne Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to damaging a wall to the value of £103. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, a restraining order until further order, ordered to pay compensation of £103, a surcharge to fund victim services of £20 and costs of £85.

Jason Malcolm Dunk, 48, of Maple Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was given a community order for 12 months, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and costs of £85.

Samuel Rhys Snell, 24, of Gunby Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and damaging a washing machine to a value unknown. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85.

Jason Ian Massam, 28, of Affords Way, Lincoln, was found guilty for three counts of assault by beating and intentionally touching a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe that she was consenting. He was committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months, given an electronically monitored curfew for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £700, a surcharge to fund victim services of £115 and costs of £965.

Sergey Borkov, 49, of Cyclone Way, Nocton, Lincoln, case proven for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Deselin Dudenski, 33, of Chelmsford Street, Lincoln, case proven for not having every stop lamp in good working order. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85.

David Gargiulo, 36, of Lincoln Road, North Hykeham, Lincoln, case proven for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Tieslog Mantas, 34, of Hood Street, Lincoln, case proven for driving in excess of 30mph on the A52. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Dan Mihai Trasca, 24, of Scorer Street, Lincoln, case proven for driving in excess of 70mph on the A1. He was fined £440, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £44 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with four points.

Andrew Kevin Graves, 46, of Church Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely a cheque book, a safe and contents, a wallet and contents, bottles of alcohol, bottles of water, household electrical items and a purse to a value unknown. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85.

John Paul OKeeffe, 42, of Grange Road, Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent and damaging a wing mirror and door pillar of a BMW. He was fined £364, ordered to pay compensation of £150, a surcharge to fund victim services of £36 and costs of £85.

Arkadeusz Skorupa, 26, of Harlaxton Road, Grantham, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and costs of £85.

Samuel Trafford, 27, of Main Street, Kirkby cum Osgodby, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty to having a rear nearside tyre that did not meet the minimum tread requirements. He was fined £375, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £37 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three points.
