The following cases have been heard at magistrates courts in Lincolnshire:

Billy Joe Whelan, 30, of St Botolphs Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to theft of a pedal cycle to the value of £1,432.91, a pedal cycle to a value unknown and dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely a bike. He was committed to prison for three months suspended for six months and ordered to pay compensation of £1,432.91.

Gemma Louise Cutler, 29, of Outer Circle Grove, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to theft of cosmetic items to the value of £180 belonging to Boots. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £180.

Callum Toynton, 23, of Dellfield Court, Lincoln, case proven for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Ian Christopher Tilford, 48, of Elliot Close, Grantham, case proven for driving without insurance. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Chris James White, 35, of Vale View, Dry Doddington, Newark, case proven for driving without insurance. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Karl John Hornsby, 42, of Buckingham House, Welton Gardens, Lincoln, case proven for driving in excess of 50mph on the A631. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Jason Lee, 47, of Summergang Lane, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty to driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and without insurance. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Philippa Elizabeth Stringer, 33, of Old Chapel Road, Skellingthorpe. Pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 30mph on the A156. She was fined £76, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. Her licence was endorsed with five points.

Mark Francis, 57, of The Parade, Cherry Willingham, Lincoln, case proven for driving in excess of 50mph on the A15. He was fined £373, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £37 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Andrew John Smith, 36, of Brutus Court, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 40mph on the A158. He was fined £476, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £47 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Liam Hayes, 51, of Tealby Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to using a colour television without a licence. He was fined £107, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £120.

Lincs Demolition Ltd, of North Street, Grantham, case proven in absence for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. They were fined £800, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £80 and costs of £85.

Kai Andrew Farrar, 19, of Lyneham Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating and damaging a door to a value unknown. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85.

Connor Lewis Ryan, 25, of no fixed address, c/o Cosford Close, Birchwood, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to having a lock knife in a public place and failing to surrender to custody. He was committed to prison for six months suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115 and costs of £85. He was deprived of his rights in a lock knife.

Michael Anthony Watson, 28, of Clarendon View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and damaging a television screen to a value unknown. He was fined £125, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85.

Charlie Storey, 20, of Westry Corner, Low Road, Barrowby, Grantham, pleaded guilty to damaging a property window to a value unknown and damaging a kitchen to the value of £60. He was given a community order for 12 months, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and costs of £85.
