News: Man wanted by police after being involved in a fatal crash

Police are searching for a man who failed to turned up to Boston magistrates court earlier this week.

Tomas Jonusaitis, 24, from Boston was due to appear in court on Wednesday, September 11 accused of causing death by dangerous driving.

Jonusaitis was involved in a fatal road traffic collision on the A1121 Boardsides in Boston.

William Knox Farquhar, a 44-year-old man died, in the collision while travelling on a moped on October 26 last year.

Now police have released released a warrant for Jonusaitis arrest.

 

A police spokesperson said: “Tomas Jonusaitis, 24, from Boston, was involved in a fatal road traffic collision on the A1121 Boardsides, Boston on 26/10/18.

“Jonusaitis was summonsed to appear at Boston magistrates court on Wednesday 11 September for the offence of causing death by dangerous driving.

“He failed to appear at court and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

 

“The investigation team have asked for any information on his whereabouts.

“If you have seen him, or you have any information about where he is, please let us know.”
