News: Man’s hilariously vague request for mysterious item sends Facebook into meltdown

Another Lincolnshire Highlights news story…

A man’s hilariously vague post in a Lincolnshire sales group has sent fellow sellers into meltdown.

The Lincolnshire salesman was looking for an item for free but didn’t actually list the item he was actually looking for.

The man simply stated that he needed the item as soon as possible – but said it didn’t need to be perfect… just cheap and cheerful.

The post in Items for Sale Lincoln, Lincolnshire attracted a lot of attention -and left some members of the group baffled.

At first people were confused by the strange request but it didn’t take long for people to jump on the bandwagon.

One man said: “I’ve got one you can have.”

Other members of the public asked if they could have the item if there were any spares going.

Others even asked if the mysterious item could be delivered.

Some members were shocked by the interest – while others offered alternative mysterious items.

One member of the group claimed to have lost theirs – while another posted a wanted posted.

At this stage it’s unclear whether the man got his hands on the mysterious item, or whether it was an honest mistake.

But judging by the seller’s posts in similar selling groups across the county, this may not be the first time he’s posted something like this.
