News: Take a look inside the sizzling new burger restaurant

Take a look inside a sizzling burger diner which has reopened up to tempt customers with mouth-watering American style fare.

Meat Inc Burger House relocated to the Black Horse pub, in Cross Street, Nettleham, a short drive off the A46, after closing its diner in Caenby Corner in June.

But it remained popular with customers and has reopened on Friday evening, August 9 and has been doing a roaring trade.

It can seat 48 people and it’s already been fully booked.

Alex Woolley, manager said: “We have been fully booked since we opened with people booking ahead.

“I think we are the only place doing American style food in the area and it’s proving a big hit with customers.

“We do all types of burgers, ranging from beef and chicken and even a vegan burger that looks and tastes like a proper burger, even down to the juices.

“As soon as we posted on Facebook we had booking coming in, we’re fully booked but we are trying to squeeze people in.”

 

The pub is still running and the restaurant offers the same menu to drinkers.

Its open for breakfast, from 9am Friday, Saturday and Sundays and from 10am every other day except Monday, when it’s closed.

It will serve until 8pm.

  

Its serves an exclusive Breakfast and Brunch menu until 11.45am.

This includes delights such as Fresh waffle served with either bacon and maple syrup and whipped butter, Sausages Pattie with more of the same or fresh fruit.

Its main menu includes favourites such as the Notorious P.I.G burger which is “a 6oz sausage pattie, BBQ pulled pork, bacon apple Ketchup and pork Crackling”.
